Can I still place an order?
You sure can! We are still shipping to Australia, New Zealand, United Kingdom and the United States from our distribution centres. Other countries might have some flight restrictions, so please check with the postal company first.
My order is taking longer than usual - what is going on?
Due to the huge volume of orders that Hermes are receiving and the pandemic restrictions some deliveries are, unfortunately taking a bit longer. Belle Fever has reacted to meet demand and is ensuring that all orders are created and left as soon as possible from our workshop, however, postage is out of our control and to avoid disappointment, please allow extra time when placing orders.
My tracking number hasn’t had any updates?
Unfortunately due to Hermes dealing with huge increases in volume across their parcel delivery sector, and therefore using auxiliary systems, a lot of tracking isn’t updating at all or until it’s about to be delivered. While we do understand that you would like to see how your package is travelling and would like to receive it quickly, this is out of our control and we will do all we can to follow up and trace your order to get to you the soonest possible.
Can I change the details of my order?
Yes at times, but it’s easier if you don’t have to as we are prioritising all orders to be completed faster than our usual timeline so that it can be sent off to you faster.
Please take the time to make sure all your order details are correct.
Is it safe to receive orders?
Yes! Hermes are doing everything they can to ensure the safety of you and their drivers, including contact-less delivery.
