Not only do we have unique, beautiful and meaningful designs, but now you can be fully confident with the quality of a Belle Fever piece. We have listened and taken into hand all the concerns and feedback that our customers have provided and acted on that to make your Belle Fever Jewellery like no other.

We are always looking at new ways to improve your Belle Fever Jewellery, and your input is the best way of finding out if our special pieces are meeting your expectations.

One of the ways we receive your feedback is through our random customer surveys.

What have we changed?

Listening to your feedback, we have taken various steps to improve our products for you. Here are some of the things you have helped change within Belle Fever:

Gold pieces attract dirt to easily We realised that we needed to prevent the enamel sealer on the gold pieces attracting dirt and residue causing the pieces to look dull and dirty and needing a clean. We now have enamels that are stronger and do not require a sealer. What this means is dirt and residue will have nothing to stick on and the gold will be a warmer and much more natural tone than previous pieces. This has taken into effect from all orders placed on and after July 10th 2013. The gold pieces now stay clean, bright and shiny indefinitely.

Enamel chipping Expanding from the above, our enamels are a new and improved formula that has been tested to no longer cause chipping, this again is based on personal use, however, Belle Fever continues to look for enamels that are super strong through any use.

Turnaround time We are now getting a clearer understanding about what time frame customers would like and have invested into training more people and tools to make the process faster but still keeping within the Belle Fever high quality promise. We will also be introducing a ready to go collection in the coming weeks!

Customer Service We are in the process of setting up a new customer expert, who will deal with all your comments and suggestions in more detail. If you have experienced any sort of difficulty or frustration, and have expressed this in the survey, We may contact you to discuss how we can best resolve your query and improve things in the future.

What you think of us

The survey asks you to rate our performance on a scale of 0-10 and invites you to leave any further comments. Around 90% of you have done this, and here are some of the things you said:
